How to process my exchange:
1) Call or WhatsApp us on +254 (0) 706 696 926 with your order number, details of the items you would like to exchange, and a little explanation telling us why (We use your feedback to improve).
2) Pack your product(s) and ship to us through the address provided on the return slip (attached with invoice).
3) As soon as we receive your parcel, we will issue a credit note of the total cost of your first item which you can then use to purchase your desired item.
Note: Cost of returning the product shall be free if done immediately with our rider. The customer shall pay for the return if returning the product after the rider leaves.

2) Pack your unwanted product(s) and ship to us through the address provided on the return slip (attached with invoice).
3) As soon as we receive your parcel, we will process your refund through M-Pesa or Bank Account.
4) Proceed to the website again and purchase your desired product.
