WARRANTY POLICY: (PRODUCTS)
- All electronic items e.g treadmill, crosstrainer,upright bike,recumbent bike etc anything with a motor or motherboard has a 6 month warranty on any factory fault,fault caused by power failures or fluctuations will render the warranty void.
- Any other item other than electronic has a factory fault warranty which expires as soon as the item is assembled and is in fit working condition, if it has an inherent factory fault then the item will be replaced with a new one.
Warranty is not valid for items that suffer wear and tear e.g plates,dumbbells,cables etc.
We do however offer replacement services for cables and the likes.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
khairaummah.co.ke will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
- to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
- for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
- for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
