INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE; 
1. Lift the running belt on one side, position nozzle between the belt and the running deck.
2. In some case you’ll need to loosen the belt (FOLLOW YOUR TREADMILLS INSTRUCTION MANUAL)
3. Apply the silicon lubricant from the front to the rear on each side of the treadmill (approx 5-8ml on each side)
4. Re-tighten the running belt to the right tension

TIPS;
1. With average usage (30mins workout sessions 5-7 times a week), lubricate every six to eight weeks.
2. Adjust the timing of the lubrication based on the intensity of treadmill use.
3. Apply the lubricant in the area where the feet make the most contact with the belt.
